This may be a dumb question, but what's the difference between 24 months and 2T?
It seams like 2t is so much bigger than 24 months, but isn't it the same thing? I've been asking around and no one seams to know!

Totally depends on brand. Some brands it IS the same or very very close(Caters), some brands have both 18-24months and then 2T (Old Navy) and some brands have 24 months then go to 3T (i think Childrens Place does this)... i'de check size charts. I think another general rule of thumb is 24 months is sometimes shorter and wider to accommodate a diaper, but again i have found that also varies on brands. My DS is in 2t and some 24 month right now but some 24 month stuff (like his walmart brand jammies) dont fit while other stuff still does. Generally speaking i think kids tend to wear both at the same time or 24 month slightly before 2t

They are essentially the same thing although I find that 2T's tend to be longer. But it may just depend on the brand.

they arent the same.. 24months is based on that age... 2T is based to fit for the entire year.. so they tend to be bigger all together.. but only by 1-2inches... kids tend to slow down growth at 24 months so the 2T is supposed to last for the entire year... but kids grow so differently at different paces.. the sizes are just pretty much ballpark for most.. not to many kids are RIGHT on schedule for growth

24 months is the same as 18-24 months just like 3 months is actually 0-3 months.
