So before pregnancy I would get restless legs like once a twice a month and I think it was timed to my cycle somehow. Now I have had it every night for the past two weeks ugg. I put icy hot on my legs and that helps a little. Anyone else having this problem?

RLS is awful!! I get it too and more so while pregnant. I know that taking extra potassium, magnesium and calcium can help!
