Last night I started having cramping. It feels like menstrual cramps, I wouldn't call them severe but they are pretty painful. Pretty consistent, it's not coming and going. They are in my lower abdomen and low back. I don't know if this is something to worry about or not. Is this normal at this point in pregnancy? Maybe I'm dehydrated or constipated and it's causing this.
I don't know if it's normal or not, but I've been having the same problem this week. Lower cramps that feel kind of like period pain. It's usually in the evening for me or when I'm trying to sleep. I don't think it feels like contractions at all and I'm also wondering if it's some kind of an intestinal digestion problem. I've been trying to drink more water, but thinking maybe I'm not getting enough?
It's my first, so every pain I worry it may be contractions. Since it does't come and go and I don't feel any tightening, I figured it probably wasn't. I think intestinal probably seems likely, I know the last two days I haven't had enough water. I'm glad I'm not the only one dealing with this. Thanks for responding.
