This was mentioned in another thread a few weeks ago - Fisher Price Rock n' Play Sleeper. Any thoughts on this one? Not sure if I would need both this and the cradle swing. I do like that it can be moved easily from room to room though. I would imagine the cradle swing wouldn't be as moble? My only wish is that it had a vibrate option or something on it's own without you having to actually push it to make it rock.

I can't imagine needing more than one swing. We didn't even have a swing with our first, just a vibrating bouncy chair. Not sure if we'll get a swing this time.

I don't see the purpose of this, since I will already have a swing and a bouncer.

I was thinking this was more like a bouncer, not a swing? At least it just looks like a bouncy seat to me in the pics. It just doesn't do it on it's own. You have to give it a nudge for it to move.

A swing is great, but I'm not going to drag it in the bathroom with me or in the kitchen when I'm cooking, so I was trying to find a nice little bouncy seat to do that with. The bouncy seat I have from Akadia is a piece of junk.

My sister has one and says she loves it. She has a swing and a bouncy seat as well.

i could not have done anything if it weren't for the bouncer... i brought that thing everywhere around the house with me. Im not a fan of the ones where you have to push to get it to move...but I have to say, this bouncer looks super comfy

I know people rave about these, but when I looked at them at the store, I couldn't see what the big deal was. It doesn't do anything on its own, so it's not like a bouncer or swing at all. I was thinking about getting the twins one, but decided against it after looking at them.

My girls HATED the bouncer. I'm not one for vibration anyways, so I can see their point, lol! Any who, I picked one up at Once Upon a Child for cheap, and got to test it out with my BFF's 2 month old baby this weekend. It was nice and it was easy to move from room to room. We've also got a swing, but it's going to stay in the living room, as I sure as heck am not dragging that all over the house!

Never used one and I wouldn't buy one either. I do know some people who have used it and have nothing but good things to say about it.

I am seriously considering getting one of these even more so then a bouncer or a swing.

I heard some where that they are great for baby to sleep in at nights because the position helps with spitup and gas and such and both my cousins had very colicy baby's i dont know if that's hereditary or not but anything that might help avoid it is worth a shot to me.

i also have seen where ppl attach toy bars to make it into more of a play chair so it seems really versatile and i just dont have room to have 5 or 6 different things in my appt for baby to sit in.

I bought one but haven't used it yet (given the November due date). Keep an eye on the Target coupon section on their website. They had a $7 off when I bought mine (which happened to be when the deluxe model, with the bunny above) was on sale for I think $48 (normally maybe $57?).

I read reviews stating they were good to use instead of a bassinet and that is tentatively my plan. A few reviews claimed this "disfigured" their child from using instead of a bassinet so I asked my doctor. She said she had it for her girls and it would be fine; thus not to let those few negative reviews scare me off.

If you are using it for a sleeper note there are different models. I looked at them at Babies R Us and the deluxe style was much more plush so I went that route.

We have this:My Little Lamb
It matches the My Little Lamb cradle swing we have too.
I would take the infant seat into the bathroom with me so Kaitlin could be in there while I showered and got ready. I would put it in her bathroom with her bath towel on it, so I could lay her in it after her bath and dry her off and wrap her up. I love that seat!! I do wish it bounced though, it just vibrates. I like it also because the legs fold up and it is small enough to pack up and bring in the car.

Looks comfy, I'm also looking for a bouncy chair right now.. so far I was pretty set on this one Amazon.com: The First Years 3-in-1 Kickin Coaster Seat, Dot To Dot: Baby Some moms from my son's ddc loved it. They said it kept their baby entertained since they could kick while bouncing.
