Were you when DH was able to feel LO kick or move for the first time?

DH I think is getting bummed out that the past few days Peanut has been moving and I can feel her but he cant.

A couple of days ago just before 20 weeks. It was a couple of weeks after I first started feeling little movements for sure. It's a matter of luck and how long you/he is willing to wait sitting still. Also, once he first felt the bigger one, he was able to feel the smaller ones more easily. It gives him an idea of what to look for. This is our 4th baby so it seems to be a relearned thing every time.

DH has been feeling him for about 3 weeks now. It is not a constant thing and he gets impatient very quickly.

With #1 it was in the 19th week, #2 18 weeks and #3 18 weeks. My uterus really tips forward and my placentas have always been at the back though. When movement is visible and I am feeling it from the outside, a neat thing that DH and I do sometimes is I'll spoon him and the baby will kick his back. It's a real bonding experience.

Love doing that too, Mary. I'm a little early for it but soon!

You can always use it for punishment too If DH had done something to aggrivate me during the day I would wait until he fell asleep and let Elijah kick the mess out of him. When he woke up I would just roll over and act like I had been asleep the entire time.

Mine just felt her for the first time last night and I'm at 22 weeks, according to her growth. I have to hold his hand on my belly so that he doesn't move around or give up too quick... It's still such light movement that you really have to be patient.

My DH felt him about 2 weeks ago for the first time...so I guess it was t 19-20 weeks. He knew what he was waiting to feel though. I always have to make sure he doesn't press to hard on my belly or the baby stops moving.

DH hasn't felt her yet, I sure as heck can feel it. He gets frustrated sometimes because he has no patience. LOL

No worries Katie. Pretty soon, he'll be sick of you making him feel that belly.
DH just felt it this weekend, so I was 20w5d. He says that at this point, it basically feels like my belly is rumbling more than anything else because it's so light. (On the outside, that is...it's definitely more than a "rumble" on the inside!)

He felt the baby once at 18 1/2 weeks, but hasn't felt him since. Caleb likes to fall back asleep the second daddy tries to feel him move . DH is starting to think our little guy doesn't like him.

Same here. DH has felt him maybe twice, and one time I whispered to him to feel and he was like why are you whispering? I told him I didn't want him to know it was you trying to feel or he will stop. lol

He just felt movement for sure this week, 18 wks. I think Ive been feeling it for a couple weeks, but my stomach is upset in one way or another more often than not so sometimes its hard to be sure! He has at least one hand on my tummy half the night once he is home from work, determined to feel it!

Im 21 wks and I can feel him kick a LOT, I can even see him kick, but DH hasnt felt it yet. I think its more because he's lazy and doesnt want to hold his hand on my belly for long. Plus he knows that the kicks will get stronger, ya know, this not being his first rodeo, lol!
