I flip and flop all night long. Even if I don't wake up to go pee I am waking up to switch positions.

Mostly on my left side until I wake up and my left side starts feeling numb, which happens most nights now, then I flip to my right. I soooooo miss sleeping on my back but I dont' anymore for baby's sake.

Mostly left, but I do have to switch to right sometimes, and I also wake up on my back sometimes, too.

I start out on my right, because that's what's naturally more comfortable, but the nerve pain in my right hip starts bothering me so I switch back and forth between right and left a few times a night. I give myself a little back time because that's most comfortable right now, but i make sure to shove a pillow under my right butt cheek so I'm not squishing vital veins

Left the majority of the time, because I find that if I try my right, I usually end up on my back. While I'm not flipped out about ending up on my back, I try to avoid it.

All over... still sometimes on my belly honestly. I usually am on my left side because that's how I normally sleep.

Sleeping has become unenjoyable due to the constant flip flopping from left to right. I sleep on one side until it goes numb or starts aching. I've never been a back sleeper really but some nights I will for a while between bathroom breaks to give my hips a rest.

I have been in so much pain during the night due to back pain. It seems like my back should hurt more during the day since at night I'm resting.. ? I rotate all positions trying to get comfy. Some nights I end up soaking in the tub in the middle of the night trying to ease the pain. =(

I am a flip flopper between my left and right and have woken up on my back which freaks me out! I try to keep a pillow somewhat under me so I am not completely flat on my back.

Typically on my Right side or my back for a very short time.
Left side hurts too much because that is the leg that my fibromyalgia bothers me most in and thats the side my sciatica is on.

I most of the time start out on my right side with the body pillow because it's toward the TV and toward DH. The body pillow I have is a curvy one that goes between your legs and has a piece you can place behind your butt. SO... if I do feel the need to lay on my back, I prop the extra part of the pillow under my butt so that (as pp said) I'm not squishing any vital veins/arteries. After my first (of at least 2-3) pee breaks, I switch to the left side and stay there the rest of the night. I do occasionally wake up on my back, but I try to prop my butt with the end of the body pillow....

I know that was long, but as we all know, sleeping these days is complicated! lol

right leg up under my belly while i lay on my left side so it keeps pressure off my stomach and i can sleep comfortably. other than that i do the same thing on my right side but with my left leg under my belly. thank goodness we just got a king size bed so i can strech out without disturbing my husband!
