I usually go to bed fairly early and wake up fairly early. 10pm is late for me and I get up about 6:30. Ever since I hit 10 weeks I can't go to sleep and when I do get to sleep I wake up every couple of hours. My kids are really sick of me being in bed or I just fall asleep on the couch. I am constantly tired this is yucky.

You're not alone. Although mine isn't necessarily falling asleep tired, I just have absolutely no energy.

Talked to the nurse today she said there was nothing I could take except benadryl. So I guess I am just gonna have to power through.

Some have been told tylenol pm is ok but I just use my phenergan to help fall alseep...it's for my MS so it's ok to use. Maybe ask dr. for some? I too have issues falling asleep and staying asleep. I am normally on meds to help me but can't use those while pg so it's even harder. I also get really tired during the day... Hope you get some relief soon!

I totally forgot about Phenagren thanks. I have two stress free days where I slept almost 7 hours at night. Hopefully it gets better from here.

Going without sleep is awful. I hope the phenegran works for you. Taking one benadryl pill though is perfectly safe. I think the stress of being tired and never getting a good nights sleep is worse than a benadryl now and then personally.

I agree. As long as it's not continual use of harsh meds then I don't see the issue. Benedryl may be ok w/ some & not with others but not getting any sleep night after night is no bueno either!
