My hips feel like they are being torn apart, and my back kills me. I went to Hobby Lobby yesterday and shortly after arriving my back just starts throbbing. So there I am looking for cute storage containers, holding my back and waddling around, then she kicks/punches/rolls onto my bladder and I have a sudden URGENT need to go pee. So add trying to rush to a bathroom to that scene. LOL. I know this is all worth it, and I don't like to complain but my joints and back are killing me!! I'm so tired of sleeping on my sides, but obviously can't sleep on my tummy and when I lay on my back for even a second it's extremely uncomfortable (How do you give birth in that position? It hurts so much I can't imagine having to lay there like that for a long period of time?) I've really enjoyed being pregnant, but now I'm starting to wish it would just hurry up so I can just hold my little girl.

Ahh well, we're almost there! Officially hitting the 3rd Trimester on Sunday!

During labor they usally have you lay on your left side. For the actual delivery, you are not laying flat while pushing. You are elevated into a slight sitting position.

Have you had a prenatal massage? I found that really helped with my aches and pains!

Thankfully, I'm not having any back pain yet, but I'm having a lot of "pelvic" pain. It feels like all the muscles in my lower abdomen have been stretched as far as they can go and walking at all is a chore. I was also at Hobby Lobby this week and it was all I could do to walk in and out. The heat isn't helping either.
