What do you mean by old? LOL! if you mean old classics, I LOVE Casablanca & An Affair to Remember...If you mean more recent older movies, I like Always, City of Angels, Sleepless in Seattle, A Walk in the Clouds, Far and Away, Philadelphia - those are just some of my favs
Thank you Katie (.:Shortcake:.) for my beautiful siggy!!
I also love the Timothy Dalton version of Jane Eyre. It's really long and looks a little more like a stage play, but so well acted. If she's just looking for something "semi-old", North & South is also one of my all time favorite movies - with Patrick Swayze. I watched Book 1, 2 and 3 right after having Akadia at least 2 times through. That's a lot to watch.
ANYTHING with Jimmy Stewart in it! Has she seen Harvey? I love that movie!
Speaking of GWTW... last winter I went to a screening of it at an old, old theater in Toledo. It was sold out, and they were selling copious amounts of alcohol. Most fun I've EVER had watching GWTW! When Rhett gave his famous "Frankly my dear" line, half the audience stood and cheered! Good times!!
she wore a yellow ribbon
