does this mean the baby LIKES what I ate or is distressed by it? I always assumed she was loving it, but then the though crossed my mind that I was freaking her out or angering her haha. Any ideas?

With dd she would move like she was dancing and I said that was like it but sometimes(with Chinese food) she would kick my ribs and bang her head off my pelvic bone to let me know she was very unhappy lol. And she still won't eat Chinese food lol

It depends on how it sits with me. If I eat something and my stomach starts to get upset, I'll say her moving means she doesn't like it.
She LOVES buffalo wings. I'm anxiously waiting for Wednesday for $10 all you can eat wing night at Hooters

I would think it's because they like it but it's a good question. I wonder if they kick alot from tummy aches or something? Mine doesn't really seem to kick in coordination with food/drink or at least I can't tell. She just kicks all the time... I've tried the apple/orange juice thing but no change.

I think they are just getting a blast from your blood sugar going up!

I'm going to agree with this- I might have just eaten several sugar cookies ( ) and she's moving quite a bit now.
