The room is getting there! Now we need to paint the ugly ceiling and trim and baseboards (they are an ugly bluish purple they were this way when we bought the place, not our doing!)
Room when you walk in
Mya's bunk bed, need to finish her twin size version of that blanket and that smaller one will be Peyton's
Picture and initials above each dresser (the name sign will be on the wall above the crib and the ugly shelf will be taken down)
Name sign on mya's bed
This is the spot where the crib will be, obviously toddler bed will no longer be there
And this is what the crib bedding does/ will look like. Same bedskirt as Mya's but modified to fit a crib, still need to order crib size zebra sheets, white breathable bumper, and that's Mya's twin blanket in progress that's identical to the one that will be Peyton's!
Thanks everyone, Mya loves her room and now we can't walk by anything zebra print without her wanting it for her room I created a monster. I still want to get them matching zebra pillowpets, Peyton's the peewee version. And then find some sort of decorative item to hang on the wall above the top bunk bed. I hate not being able to do the crib yet but still have to transition Evan into the twin bed first.
