An earthquake to shake you of your sleeping sequence. It was only a 4.4, but it totally just killed my getting ready to sleep mood. The only time I actually felt tired enough to go to sleep! That's why I wake up so exhausted...it wasn't even a big deal to be honest, it's just I was half asleep I really didn't even know it was an earthquake until my mom came in contributed to waking me up *sighs*

I can't win lol. I have no idea what sleep is anymore

Oh goodness! Sorry you aren't getting enough sleep! I can imagine it being hard to sleep during an earthquake!

I'm sorry ladies, being a California native, most of us usually go "that's nothing" I mean my boyfriend didn't even feel it, and he was working! I swear we never feeling anything unless it's over a 5.

Well, I'm glad i'm not the only one with the sleep issue, makes me feel less weird lol.

hehe Im the weird one Iv allways wanted to feel an earthquake. I mean obviously not a big destructive one id be plenty good with a little ground shaking with no damage. but ever since I saw my first movie with one I always thought it would be so cool to say Iv been in an earthquake of course i was like 4 so my logic might not have been the soundest when I developed that desire.

I don't even get up for anything less than 5.6! I slept through it. I did feel another small quake a couple of hours ago, but Im not following them. I have no idea where they originated from.

Yeah same here! I didn't even feel the last one, which supposedly was a 4.1 until my mom (again) let me know while getting ready for work while watching the news. I guess it's coming from Yorba Linda. I'm not sure how far that is from me, but I guess it's enough to send a couple shakes my way, but nothing major.

Wow, that's a decent size one to me! I would have a hard time sleeping too after that. I've had trouble sleeping once I get woke up lately too.

Yorba Linda is a small city in northeastern Orange County, but it is only 40 miles from downtown LA. You probably would've felt it more than me!
