Sooooo I'm not sure if I'm finally experiencing BH or what but occasionally if I'm moving positions or overdone some activity for the day my lower abdomen seems really hard. I don't feel it contract it just feels tight. Then it'll go away almost a second or two after I feel it. This just started this weekend. I also wasn't sure if it was from baby moving or not.
Yeah. I've been reading about it all morning cause I was concerned. I think I'm definitely having BH. They aren't painful and they are rather sporadic. I think I've just been having them the last couple days because I had a super busy weekend with lots of dancing and activity. Looks like I better take it easy this week.
I agree it sounds like BH which are totally normally right now. I wouldn't worry about them. They aren't harmful. If they get uncomfortable, that's when you want to drink some extra water and maybe lay down just to make them go away.
