Do you have a favorite kind or brand? How many will you get?

I like the Carters receiving blankets... they are really soft.... I don;t think you can have too many receiving blankets... you can use them for so many different things... and they make really good burp cloths

I agree, when you think you have too many, you find more uses for them If I have tons of the thin flannel kind, I will probably make some wipes out of a couple.

I am with everyone else, I really like the Carter ones. I also think you can never have to many. I still have several from my son that I am still using when he's nearly 2.

I have a lot of the Carter's blankets too, but my favorites are actually a couple of organic ones that I received. I don't recall the brand - but they are way softer than the Carter's, and more square shaped (Carters are more rectangular).

My friend who helped me register swears by the Aden + Anais ones - so I registered for a bunch of those. I thought the Carter ones felt super soft, too, though - so they are on the registry as well

I dont have a preference so far. I will get some but not a lot.
I'd rather have Thermal blankets. My sister had some with my oldest nephew and they were so soft and so warm. But so far I havent found any Thermal blankets yet. I'm hoping they will start being found once it starts getting colder out.
