Amanda, a pot roast sandwich sounds heavenly! I love these meal threads; they always give me the best ideas for my next craving.
I am currently eating my lunch of a tuna fish sandwich with cherry tomatoes, celery and lemon juice with swiss cheese on my hubby's home baked bread along with a pickle and a tall glass of milk. I found that light tuna=low mercury and I even found a type at the health food store that is sustainably fished and in a BPA free can. So excited I have tuna fish back on the menu!
