Something about her eyes or her hair.

When she's not around, what I get the most is "How is the baby?" and "Is she sleeping?".

I never know how to answer the first questions with anything other than "Fine" because it's dumb. No one wants to hear the minutiae or anything bad. The second question takes too much explanation, so I just say "Yes".

Makes me sound really robotic and bored.

People always comment about her cheeks. She has super poofy cheeks, like Dizzy Gillespie.

It's been one of those days...

It shocks me how often people ask me "are they twins?" seriously like almost everytime I'm out with the babies
I also get " what cute little girls" sometimes even if they have on obvious boy clothes

Mostly "he's sooo big and healthy/chunky/cute!" but I've gotten a couple of rude comments. "are you sure it's ok he's that big? Did you ask his doctor?" "isn't it bad for babies to be that fat?"

I can believe people would say it, but it doesn't make it any less rude.

How pretty she is...or how she looks like Ethan, Me or Jeremy haha. A lot of people comment on her toes too cause I paint them sometimes.

I get a lot of "Oh she looks just like her big sister!" She does look a lot like Katie did when she was a baby.

The other common comment is about how small she is... "She is so tiny!" All three of my kids have been thin and tall from the minute they were born. She is still less than 12lbs, so yes she is small, but sheesh, do we need to comment on it every other minute?

Right?!
I imagine those will smaller babies (as read above) get the opposite reaction but it's just as annoying. I wish people wouldn't comment at all unless they are saying how cute a baby is. People think pregnant women and babies are fair game to physically critique.

I get the "wow she's big" comments. All my kids are big, so I'd probably be a little worried if she wasn't.
