I am about to lose it! Under my right eye, like where my the bags under my eyes are, there is a muscle spasm that has been CONSTANTLY twitching since Thursday!

I have read it could be stress or lack of sleep. I have been getting more than enough sleep. I am usually slightly stressed about something but, lately no more than usual. I have read about all types of deficiencies from calcium to magnesium to potassium but, one would think that my prenatals would cover these. I am uping my calcium and going to try eating more bananas. lol

I wonder if it is pregnancy related or if anyone else has had this happen? It's highly annoying and I feel like some kind of crazy person with the weird twitchy eye! I'm sure DH will make fun of me when he realizes what's going on.

I get an eye twitch right in that same area when I am super stressed, pregnant or not. It is definitely super annoying - I hope it goes away for you soon.

It's so weird but yes I've been getting that. For the last week, my left eye has been twitching. It is annoying and I dont know why it's happening.

this is what happens when im really mad lol. yep im one of those obviously angry types my eye twitches the back of my neck actually turns red its hilariously atrocious. so for me I would say its more likely to be a mental/stress thing then a vitamin diffecincy maybe your just not really aware of what your worrying about try some relaxation stuff anyway. my BF took me out the other day and it was so wonderful its like this weight just flew off my shoulders by the end of the day and I hadn't even realized I was feeling bad to start with. hope you figure out how to make it stop.

I get this occasionally as well. I know this is going to sound odd, but crying helps make it stop for me. When I get one of those I make sure to pop in a tearjerker movie. A good cry always makes it stop.

NO! It's still going! It hasn't stopped at all in the last month. I asked my doctor and she said the standard caffeine or lack of sleep, neither are an issue for me.

I am thinking it could be a circulation issue, since it seems to be more like a pulse than a twitch. It kind of beats with my heart. I guess I'll have to break down and see an eye doctor.

It happens to me during stressful times in my life. It tends to go away once I get a good amount of rest and relax a bit.
