What is the newest thing your baby is doing? Now this one isn't mastered, but Rose put herself in sitting position from crawling position. Yay! Only happened once so far.

Ellie rolls to where she wants to go. As a FTM I was under the impression you were in trouble when they started crawling. She gets into trouble all the time, just getting into things she doesn't need to, now.

Yeah, people have told me that, too, about them getting around. "You don't want her walking, then she's into everything!" I would tell people my child would NEVER misbehave like others, and I was right! Then she ended up autistic. lol I am cherishing everything this one grabs and mangles.

For his 7-month birthday, Robby learned how to pull himself to standing!! I'm very proud of him, and so so concerned that he might be walking too soon!! (We still didn't childproof the house because he hasn't even properly crawled yet).

He might have already crawled. There are different movements that can all be considered crawling even if they aren't the classic hands and knees. Rose does two: The Commando, where she uses her arms only like she's avoiding the gunfire, and The Inchworm, where she gets into crawl position, hikes her knees up as far forward as possible, and then flattens out to repeat. The result looks exactly like an inchworm. I was hoping this one would do that booty scooch, sitting up and moving around by flexing her butt. Always liked that one. Winter has also been pulling up, but only to her knees.

I'm sure he'll do the classic one eventually when he figures out it takes less effort. lol I'm sure mine will figure it out, too.
