I think I may have this. I've noticed the past couple days when I get cold my nipples get this tingling sensation. It doesn't last long but it does come and go. Pushing on my nipples it goes away and nursing also makes it go away. It's not really painful, just annoying. I've noticed it at all times of day, sometimes before nursing, sometimes shortly after... does anyone know anything about this?

Are you sure it's not you letting down? Have you noticed yourself leaking shortly after it happens?

I get a tingly, right before I find myself soaking my shirts *laughs*

I'm like 85% sure it's not let down. It has happened minutes after nursing and it has happened in between nursings. I hope it's not that mastitis thing people talk about... It's both nipples so I'm hoping that means it's not.

Tingling doesn't sound like vasospasm to me, it sounds very normal my nipples tingle every so often for no reason.

Try this article

I developed vasospasms with my first due to pure nipple trauma... after he finished nursing or if I got cold while nursing my nipples would turn pure white and the pain was intense... just another reason why I am being super careful while bf'ing this time!
