My stomach is SO sore on the bottom left side. I've been having this awful cough come and go and this morning I coughed so hard I may have pulled something
Do you think the baby could get hurt from coughing? I know that sounds silly, but it's so painful! Oh and does anyone know if I can take anything for a cough so it's not so hard to cough?

This is a really good cheat sheet I used throughout both pregnancies -

Chart: Over-the-counter medications during pregnancy | BabyCenter

I doubt you can hurt the baby by coughing, they got all that fluid around them as a cushion, right? Im no expert, but if you still have a lot of pain you should call your DR. They might be able to give you something better than the over the counter meds.

Feel better!

Thank you for the chart! That is good to know! I did call and the nurse said Robitussin or cough drops too. (I swore I would never take Robitussin again because it tastes terrible). I'll probably get some Mucinex and hope that eases the cough.
