With my first son, I felt a little nausea and my water pretty much broke without warning, and my daughter was a scheduled section with no labor at all. Right now im experiencing a whole bunch of ickyness and i dont know what the heck is going on I'm having some nausea and diarrhea since Saturday and and increase in discharge along with just feeling exhausted. No regular contractions, just a few here and there.
My questions are, what are some signs of early labor??? Besides contractions of course.
And if you've ever experienced any signs, how long did they go on for?

Signs of labor can include contractions, a feeling of pelvic pressure like baby is pushing down, menstrual like cramps, backache, nausea, diarrhea, and just a general feeling of being "off". But like cuatx said, these can all correspond to false and pre-labor too. The only way you know for sure it's real is if the contractions start coming regularly, and nothing you try (fluids, staying off your feet, switching positions, etc) is slowing them down.
