I'd never buy one myself but my aunt gave me the one she used for my cousin a few years ago, so I'll try it. Might only be worth it if our house is super cold in the winter. I just apologize to babies as I wipe them with cold wipes... "I'm sorry! I'm sorry!"

Leave it. I thought it was an absolute necessity as a FTM living in Michigan, but DH convinced me otherwise. Apparently, the bottom stack always dries out, and at the end of the day, babies only "know what they know"...so a baby that's routinely wiped with a cold wipe gets used to it. I would probably use one if someone had bought it for me, but we didn't register for one and didn't end up getting one or needing one.

I thought it was totally unnecessary item before Zayd. Then, after about 10 months of hearing him fuss about the cold wipes, I bought Prince Lionheart's wipe warmer & cloth wipes & what a relief. He still hates to be wiped with cold wipes & goes, "bbrrrrrr, cooooold!!"

Leave it. I've heard from a lot of people that it either dries them out or causes mold. Of course, if someone bought me one, I'd try it.

I got one at Greysons baby shower. We used it for nearly a year. It was nice to not feel bad putting a freezing cold wipe against his little bum! My problem was more that we changed diapers in various rooms rather than going to the room the warmer was in, so it wasnt used each time. So I would leave it, though if we were given one, I would use it. Id keep it in my room, since he'll be sleeping there, and definitely use it for middle of the night changes!

I hear you can put cloth ones in it..... and that might work for me as I plan on only using cloth. I'm not sure I am going to buy one though, but if I was given one.... I would try it for sure.

I used mine...it was given as a gift though! It will dry out, but it is easy enough to rewet the pad at the bottom and the wipes if they dry out. Pretty neat...but definitely not necessary!

Leave it. We dont have a changing table, we just change the baby's diaper on the floor with whatever wipes we can find so it would be impractical. I've never had my babies react to a cold wipe, though.
