I started EPO vaginally last night and woke up in the night with a crampy lower back and waves of cramps in my belly throughout the day, without hardness. I'm curious if its a symptom of the EPO or if I'm just still getting over the stomach flu. It feels like gass pain but with no gas or potty runs. I don't think it's labor or anything, but if it's the EPO I may cut the dose in half (I inserted 2 1300 mg pills) because it might not be worth it.
mama to 5 yr old DS1 , 3 year old DS2 , and nursling DD .
I've been having shooting pains down there much more frequently, and now that I think about it all of this cramping I have been having did start around the same time I started the EPO. Wow, can't believe I never put those two together! I feel like a genius lol. Maybe it means it is having some sort of affect??
Please update after your appointment I'm super curious if it helped progress things at all!
I get crampy after inserting vaginally too. I just chalk it up to the EPO doing its job. I haven't been checked since 36 weeks but then I was 1cm and 50% effaced. Not sure what I am now, I have my next appt. Thursday and I'm asking to be stripped then. Here's hoping it works for us and we're both holding our baby girls this weekend!
