Anyone else's babies transverse? I will be 32 weeks tomorrow and this girl is still laying sideways. She has moved a little, her butt is about two inches from my ribs but her head seems to be glued to my left hIp . The midwives are not very concerned yet! But she is being stubborn

My baby turned head down right around 31 weeks I think. I'm sure your little one will turn soon too.

Mine switches from transverse to head down multiple times during the day. It's not really a concern until 36'ish weeks and then it can still change even during delivery.

I'm not sure if mine is transverse or not but it sounds very similar to how this little guy is sitting. I have some kind of hard lump up close to the right part of my rib cage and I am getting some funny feeling stuff going on down near my left hip bone.

I wouldn't be concerned yet either, Landon was breech until about 35-36 weeks then turned head down and stayed that way.

I dont know for sure but I think she is. But she also likes to move so I think she rolls back and forth between slightly vertex/transverse and breech/transverse.

Meve is head down, been that way for about two weeks now. Before that she was all over the place. So far seems to have settled....

LO is liking my ribs and refuses to go head down however I prefer transverse than breech. She switched to transverse last week. It's easier to convince them down transverse than breech. I agree, more than likely the LOs will go head down by 36weeks.

Caleb is currently head down and has been for the most part for the last week, but sometimes he slips transverse. He had been completely breech until one night he just decided to flip. As others have said, there's plenty of time for LO to get in proper position

Baby a was for a week or two but now she is head down and locked in place just waiting for the path to open up. I think she got tired of her brother kicking her in the head lol I'm sure little one will flip soon

Yeah, same here. Maybe it's because of my 3 times stretched uterus so he has more room to wiggle and play in there, lol, but he is always flipping and flopping from many different positions.

You gotta remember they are still pretty small in there... They will about double their size in the next 2 months. So yeah around 36 wks is when they start getting concerned because they start getting fat really fast.

It's easier for me to tell if I lay down on the couch or the floor flat. Then feel where the "hard" and firm areas are in your belly. The back or side is long and firm. The butt is firm but flat (and you find the butt close to where you find the big kicks) and the head is really round and hard.

I went to a doula training class last weekend and they were feeling all over my belly to try to determine where he was. I learned a thing or two! LOL
