It started yesterday, after her her 3pm feeding. I fed her & she practically spit every bit of it up and then started getting fussy, eating her hands. I did my usual round of What-Will-Make-You-Happy? and discovered that she wanted to be laid on her back (in my arms or on the boppy, she didn't care) with her pacifier. She didn't seem interested in food, but I was able to get her to eat 2 oz around 8.
She zoned in and out of sleep, until I put her in her crib around 10. She fussed once, I went & held the pacifier for her and placed one of my shirts next to her. She then slept until 6:30am.
This morning, she was in a good mood. Still is, but again, she wants to be laid on her back, sucking her pacifier, zoning in & out of sleep. More so than she usually does. She ate her full 4 ounces at 6:30 & then again at 10:30, which kind of surprised me.
She doesn't have a fever and nothing else really seems to be out of place, but I'm slightly concerned. Anybody know if it's a tummy ache or what's going on?
I'd saw growth spurt - Just because she's been her usual self in previous spurts doesn't mean it can't change for future ones I'd say since she is eating, doesn't have a fever and isn't upset, that she's fine. If she wasn't feeling well, she'd let you know
Eric's mom think she's starting to teeth. She watched her for me for a couple hours today & said that the way she was eating her hands & whimpering in her sleep (sometimes waking up screaming) makes her think it could be the start of it.
I dunno, we'll see. It could go both ways at this point. All day, she was pretty much the same and actually eating a little less. I had to make her eat at 8, before bedtime.
We'll see how she's acting tomorrow.
