True. A ton. And they sure as heck confuse me. You think after 2 kids you would know the difference. But my real contractions never hurt until I was about 8 cm with both kids......so I don't trust anything that's timeable!

True, I get them every day, though they are rarely painful. I hope they're doing a good job of getting my body ready

True. Nothing painful yet, but I have noticed my belly get really tight at times, mostly after a bunch of walking.

True...I get them quite a bit. Not painful just my belly getting really tight. I get them whether I am sitting on the couch, running, or doing housework. I remember getting them in previous pregnancies too.

True. They're constant, and especially at night they get pretty painful, about 10 mins apart. Doesnt worry me, though. Just hope they are helping me dilate! LOL

True, but theyíre not painful Ė more just uncomfortable. For me, I notice them more at night Ė Iím sure because Iím quiet and not doing anything. When I do notice them during the day, itís a feeling of intense heaviness; like Iíll be walking down the hall and all of a sudden Iíll feel like Iím carrying around a 30 pound bowling ball instead of a 13 pound bowling ball. So Iíll reach down to feel my uterus, and sure enough- itís rock hard.

I had no clue about BHís either with my first pregnancy Stephanie. Iím sure you can thank your stellar FTM uterine muscles for that. BTW, it doesnít mean that youíre not having those practice contractionsÖjust that your body is coping really well with them.

False... I think. I haven't noticed anything that feels or looks like how they've been described to me. So I suppose it's possible and I just don't know it.

True.
I get them at least once a day sometimes several a day. Nothing actually painful more just really tight and uncomfortable pressure.
It does seem to happen more often when I need to drink more. Its a good reminder
