Just got back from my 32 week appointment. His heartbeat was 172, which is higher than it has ever been (it's never been above 160 from what I can remember). Nobody seemed concerned, but it still made me fell uneasy. Is it normal for baby's heartbeat to be randomly high?

The rest of the appointment was uneventful. I lost 3lbs and gained 3cm since my appointment 2 weeks ago. Since my m/s has been so bad I'm going to try eating a lot of iron rich foods and stop taking the supplement. Hopefully it'll be enough to get me back into normal range

My little girl's heartbeat was between 165-170 yesterday while I was being monitored in L&D and they said it looked great. So I guess it's ok. Seemed high to me too but they weren't concerned either.

Glad the rest of your appointment was uneventful!

Hmm, you know I didn't even ask her what the number was at my last appointment. I'll have to see what it's at tomorrow. But if the doctor's aren't concerned then I would think everything is ok. I'm sure they'd be looking into it if they were at all worried.

I'm pretty sure it fluctuates as your baby moves from active to resting periods. I wouldn't worry if your dr didn't.

Nope, nothing to worry about! Generally girls' heartrates are up there in the 170s (I know Kaylee's was the whole time last pregnancy) so I am sure there is nothing to worry about! They would have told you if it was a problem!

She said it was just that he was doing his morning workout and got his heartbeat up. I just wanted to make sure my little guy wasn't in any kind of distress.

Next appointment they'll do an u/s and I can't wait to see him one last time before delivery I didn't think they were going to do another one, so now I'm excited.
