a. you pick it up, put it in your bag and whip out replacement pacifier! always prepared!

b. you stick it back in baby's mouth- 5 second rule!

c. you panic and try to find water to clean it ASAP.

d. you lick the pacifier and stick it in baby's mouth. hey whats mine is yours right?

e. you cry along with baby.

Hahaha ill either stick it back in (depending on where it fell) or ill just wipe it off with my fingers and then lick it stick it back in lol.
I do have extra always on me but too lazy to get it out lol. Little bit of germs aren't harmful. Once she's a toddler god knows what she will pick off the floor and stick in her mouth haha

LOL, Addy isn't much of a pacifier baby. I have pacifier wipes in the diaper bag, but I don't always have that handy, so I will rinse it with water, stick it in my mouth and then back in their mouth (when Reagan was a baby, she was a paci baby) or I use a replacement (which always seems to be missing...lol)

We don't use pacis and my boobs never fall on the floor... so we don't have to worry about this.

We have a paci clip, so it is always clipped to him. But if it were to magically fall somehow, I always carry 2 around!
