For those of us that have more than a couple pounds, it's so much less daunting to have mini goals set up.
My mini goal is to be 199 or less by Jan 1st. I've lost 4lbs after one week of working out (the week before last, couldn't make it to the gym a single day last week) and have 8 more to go. I think I can do it!

I have no idea what my current weight weight is but I want my mini goal to be making a workout schedule and keeping it! I havent really been keeping at it like I want to so I want to make time for it at least 3 days a week, perferable 5, I just have to makethe time for it to happen! and I want to be working out on this new schedule in 2 weeks max!
