Can't believe that it's almost Dec. Christmas will be here before we know it.

Carolyn hope your hockey games went good. How are you feeling after playing so many games?


I didn't workout at all over Thanksgiving so I need to get back at it this week. This morning I did a 50 minute circuit workout. I'm back to doing Asylum this week which is definitely hard.

Breakfast was eggs with whole wheat toast, lunch was egg salad sandwich with black bean soup and for dinner we are having chicken with apricots which is something new I'm trying.

My hockey games went abysmally but they were fun. I'm pretty sore, which is a fantastic understatement. I'm taking a lot of ibuprofen, drinking a lot of water, and doing stretching/foam rolling/walking to try to stay loose.

About to head out on an easy 2-mile walk since the weather is nice and I don't want my legs to cramp up.

Well atleast you had fun playing your hockey games!!! Hopefully your not too sore today.

This morning I did another Asylum workout called Vertical Plyo and boy was it hard. I also did ab shredder which was equally hard.

For breakfast we had eggs with whole wheat toast, lunch was black bean soup and for dinner I'm making a big pot of chili so I'll be having lots of chili leftover the next few days!!

Oh yum, chili sounds fantastic. It's cold and raining here.

Not sure what I'll do for a workout today. I saw my chiro yesterday so I'm a bit sore from that. Normally I'd go for a walk but it's crappy weather...*ponders*

The chili was great!! We will be having more ham sandwiches with chili for dinner tonight which makes me happy because I don't have to cook.

I did an upper body workout and I am already feeling it. I'm guessing that I'll be pretty sore tomorrow. it was cold and raining here yesterday which always makes me a bit lazy.

I took a rest day today. I had never done the workout that I did yesterday before and I am still feeling it today. Guess my body just wasn't accustomed to the new moves. Hopefully I will be over the soreness tomorrow and can workout tomorrow.

For breakfast I had omelets with ham and cheese. Lunch was egg salad with a bowl of chili and for dinner I am making pork tenderloin with orange marmalade glaze. never made this one before so I'm not sure how it will be.

Thanks Carolyn. I enjoy cooking most of the time.

This morning I did a 50 minute Power Legs workout. No abs today. I'll be cleaning my house tonight so we can go see Santa tomorrow.

For dinner tonight we are grilling out steaks!! I'm looking forward to them. I do love steaks.

Yum, steaks!!

I put a pork loin in the crock pot last night and it's just about finished. It smells really good!

I'm slacking on working out this morning but as soon as I'm done with reading the boards here, I'll do a total body weights DVD.
