My due date is this Saturday (39w4d) and I just went for an ultrasound and I'm measuring at 42 weeks (The technician didn't say, I saw the gest age beside the measurements...was afraid to ask actually) and she's said he's a 10lb 3 oz baby

If I am 42 weeks why haven't I gone into labor on my own? If this is the case I'll probably be getting induced today...

Also, I don't have gestational diabetes either.

So scary when you see numbers like that! But just remember that ultrasounds are not 100% accurate, especially when measuring for size. Let us know if any decisions are made Good luck!

Well, just look at my situation.

I never had a late term ultrasound, but if I had I'm sure it would have looked something like yours had. Just because you measure off a few weeks, doesn't mean that you are off on dates, it just means baby might be a little bigger than average. Like I said, I'm sure if I had had an u/s it would have looked similar and I'm pretty sure of what my due date was (and he only went 4 days over).

Even if he is big, you can do this!
