Have you given a pacifier to your LO? If not, will you?

What kind do you have and does baby like them?

Do you give one to LO to sleep?

I've tried.Willa is uninterested. I think it's because she instinctively knows that she cannot hurt the pacifier. Mommies nipple presents a much more gratifying challenge.

Yes- Blake's a binky baby. He only likes soothies... I've also tried gumdrops and nuks and he makes funny faces and won't take them... And yes, he usually takes one to go to sleep, unless he falls asleep nursing

Yes, James likes the binky. We use MAM Orthodontics newborn and he doesn't sleep with it unfortunately, but likes it in the car or while being held by anyone other than me.

Yes, Sophia loves her paci! So far she's only had a nuk but she got the gumdrops in her stocking so we'll have to try them out soon. I've also given it to her a couple times when she's been fighting falling asleep and it works like a charm!

Yep, Sophia is a paci baby... And she isn't picky either. She has her favorite which is her wubanub but if you give her something else she'll take that too lol

What kind do you have and does baby like them? NUK; she likes it but still has a hard time keeping it in.

Do you give one to LO to sleep? If she is real fussy and crying after I feed her I will give it to her to get her to sleep.

Caleb loves his paci! He prefers the one they gave him in the hospital, but he'll take anything. I'm trying to get away from giving it to him to sleep until he can replace it himself since it's a major crisis when it falls out.

Callie wants very little to do with it. Occasionally she'll take the soothie from Frank (never from me). She doesn't need it to sleep or anything. I guess I should be thankful because my three year STILL hasn't given his up but there are times I think it sure would be nice if she would take it and I didn't have to stick my boob in her mouth to calm her down.

Nicholas also takes a paci. We use the soothie which is the kind the hospital use. He doesn't use it a lot but it seems to calm him when he gets fussy, he is a sucker (literally)

Yes, we use the Gumdrop from the hospital. We bought others but she only cares for this one. She got 2 more in her stocking She doesn't use it to sleep...just mostly uses during daddy/sissy's time or in the car.

Aubree isn't big on the binky. She has a bunch that I havent used yet but right now I have a Nuk out and another one where the nipple is like the ones they give in the hospital. She doesnt really keep them in her mouth for very long. Just the last couple of days she started keeping it in her mouth a little longer than she usually does. even long enough to fall asleep with it lol. But usually she doesn't keep them for more than a couple of minutes. I guess I won't have to worry about taking it away from her when shes too old for it..

Have you given a pacifier to your LO? If not, will you? He had one in the hospital for his circ and for his hearing screen but I haven't given him one since.

What kind do you have and does baby like them? I have a couple of the gumdrop ones that are similar to the hospital ones in our diaper bag for when we are out and I can't feed him right away. With my girls they never really took them but I would have to hold one in their mouths in the car to hold them off until we got to somewhere I could get them out and feed them. That is the only reason I have them available this time.

Do you give one to LO to sleep? No. he hasn't needed one so far! He is my super sleeper!

Ive been giving him the plain Avent ones and he'll take it, but he doesn't seem to be a huge fan of them. *sigh* I sooo wanted him to be a paci baby! I keep pushing it so hopefully one of these days he'll really like it. My first was a paci baby and it's just so much easier to calm them down with a paci. My second never took one and I could definitely tell a difference. Anyways, I hope he starts liking it. No, he doesnt need it to go to sleep but sometimes he'll doze off if he has one in his mouth.

She's now refusing it most of the time. I wanted a paci baby also but mostly because I think it's just cute lol None of mine ever stuck with it too long. It makes sense that she hasn't also but she is the one that likes to suck more than the others ever did. She now boots it out if she takes it at all...it's pretty funny to watch her think about how to push it out.
