So our LO has really bad congestion, not a cold, just sinus issues. Any advice for dealing with it? She can't sleep well and sometimes nursing is an issue. We use saline drops but they don't help much.

We use saline drops and we have a Graco battery operated nasal aspirator. It works great. Love it so much better than the blue aspirator from the hospital. We use it before we feed her

We use the saline drops & aspirator too. It doesn't totally do the trick, but it keeps things bearable. We also use a cool air humidifier at night, which seems to help some.

I don't know how this helps, but everyone I know swears by putting baby Vicks on their feet, and then putting their socks on.
