Poor little guy is gassy (both ends), hiccuping and crying. I can't get him to stop. Usually BF will calm him but he won't latch on. Tried burping and massage but not helping.

I don't know if you have tried this, but you can also lay him on his back and 'bicycle' his legs for about 10 mins. Or get both legs and gently push his knees into his tummy and release (repeat a few times). The other ladies know of some baby meds that has helped them. I also think they said gripe water helps. I'm sure they will jump in with this info.

I hope your little guy starts feeling some relief soon.

As Amy said there is the bicicling that you can do. When C is gassy I take and put his head in my elbow and hand on his belly and my other hand up by his head and do the football hold. I pace the floor and bounce him and that seems to help. I also swaddle him in a blanket and then put his swaddle me over that to make sure he stays put and that helps him release the gas as well. You can also give him gas drops they dont seem to work all that well for us but we still try them to help. I also give him gripe water for the hiccups! It is like a instant cure! I get the mothers bliss brand and its 10.00 for a bottle but it is like gold. A warm bath might also help him. I hope he gets some relief!! If you ever need anything get a hold of me on FB it goes right to my phone

You could also try getting into the tub with him. Nice a nice warm bath can relax them enough to nurse and also to release some of that gas.

I will try the tub tonight when he is calm. My guy hates the bath so we have to shower him.(which he loves). Tonight I will try a bath with me and seeif he will be better.

Gas drops and pushing her knees up to her chest work for us.

I've been having good results with gripe water.Last night though she was super fussy and gassy and I was up for a bit walking her around. Its so hard when they are so uncomfortable.
