I haven't been dealing so well the last couple days. Dont know if its the stress or PPD settling in.
Once the New Year passes, I figured I'd let my .... Well someone know.

I'm still under the care of the midwives till I'm 6 weeks PP. Should I go to them first? Or to my family doctor?

Maybe your midwife first? Or your GP...whoever you feel most comfortable with?

midwife would problably know more about natrual ways to feel better where a Gp would look more of a medical aprotch but for sure call someone...hope you feel better soon!

I'd go with midwife and possibly see a psychiatrist as they really do know the best meds and how to test for effectiveness. Me and dh see a psychiatrist and he has made amazing changes with the proper meds. Hope you feel better soon!
