I know after giving birth we still have that 'six months pregnant' bulge for a while. But it's been 6 weeks for me now, and I still feel fat! I only have two pairs of jeans that I can actually button (while lying on my back) and then I have that 'muffin top'... so it's been sweat pants and elastic waists lately. Any ideas for getting rid of this belly? I'm going to try regular walks to get in better shape, but anything that will target the belly (that isn't situps) is greatly needed!
I don't know if it's going to work or not, but I downloaded an app for my phone called Easy Abs by lolo. It's got a bunch of different exercises to target that area. They have other apps for legs, butt, and arms too. There are free versions and paid versions too. I plan to use the treadmill, do yoga, use these apps, and count calories. I was doing all of those things before I got pregnant and lost 45lbs. Not sure what my weight is now, but I had 20 left to go before I got pregnant. My regular clothes aren't fitting yet either, but I'm supposed to wait another couple of weeks before I start.
