How much formula is your baby eating each feeding. Sometimes Sophia says 5 oz and then sometimes she only eats 2-3 oz. is this normal???

Samantha does the same thing.
Most shes ever taken was 4.5oz once. Most of time its 2.5-3oz but other times will take only 2oz or want more and take 4oz.
Most times seems if she eats a lot at one feeding next will be less.

Did your milk come in? If so how long before it dried up?

The twins are the same way maybe we just notice it because we bottle feed and all babies do it to up milk supply as needed??? And after my milk came in it took about 3-4 weeks to dry up completely but it stop being painfully full after a week.

I think it's absolutely normal. I feed on demand and don't even really keep track as I just try to take cues from her. She's 3 weeks but I know sometimes she cluster feeds eating small amounts often and sometimes she eats a lot at once and then is out like a light.

Good to know. Its been since Friday that I stopped nursing.
I have noticed that I seem to be pumping less and can sometimes go longer. It still gets painful but my big problem is leaking. I can leak like a faucet through the nursing pads and my bra if I dont pump even if I'm not in pain.
