My plan for this weekend is to start doing some exercises to strengthen my pelvic muscles. I don't think I will be able to avoid getting SPD again with my next pregnancy since it is supposed to get worse each time. I want to at least try to strengthen those muscles the best I can with the amount of time I have remaining before ttc. I was finally able to put on a pair of my normal jeans yesterday, they were a slightly larger fitting pair, but hey that's still progress! I am now 8 lbs away from my pre-preg weight. I definitely think I will be able to lose more than that before the end of Feb which makes me happy. But basically this weekend is not going to be my typical sit around and do nothing time. I am going to work on getting myself ready to actively start baby dancing!
The flu has hit our house. DS has it pretty bad and I have it too, but I got a script for Tamiflu right away and it has kept it from getting too bad yet. But in any case, we are cooped up in the house all weekend and I am praying Emma doesn't get sick too.
