I am finally feeling better, yay. The flu really stinks. This morning I got up and did a 55 minute low impact HIIT workout plus some horizontal conditioning. I only did a few minutes of the horizontal conditioning so I'm going to try to do about 15 more minutes tonight.
For breakfast we had omelets with mushrooms, cheese and ham with whole wheat toast. For lunch I am having left over homemade soup that I made this weekend with a chicken sandwich and for dinner we are having spinach and artichoke chicken. I got a new cookbook by Hungry Girl so I'll be trying some recipes from it this week.
Hopefully everybody else is feeling great on this Monday.
