For what it's worth, thought I would share this. I've found that taking an empty baby bottle and sticking it under the breast while pumping really helps. Especially if you are rather large at the moment (raising hand) and the boobies need a lift while pumping. Just the sheer weight of the breast laying over the bottle works like a compression massage on the bottom and helps the milk to come out.
one thing that helps me is to tilt over to get them to hang - that opens up the ducts. Then again, who wants to sit there all crooked for ten minutes
My boobs do get relatively large - and I say relatively because they are a good C cup when full - and barely an A cup when I am not breastfeeding, hah. My husband is asking if I can just breastfeed forever, lol!
