I know it's good to keep feeding BM while momma is sick to build baby's antibodies. But will being sick lower milk supply even if your not taking any meds. I've got an awful sinus infection and the past 2days I'm not pumping for crap. Normally I pump 20-24oz while at work. Yesterday and today I've been luck to get 12-18oz. My morning and night pumping have been affected as well. This is still more than Nathaniel needs for the day, but I don't want it to stay this way.

So could it be from the sinus crud, or is the fact that he's sleeping about 2hrs longer at night more likely?

I know being sick affects my supply as does AF when she comes back. It should get back to normal as you feel better.
