Just thought it would be fun to blog my weight loss journey here. Remind myself how far I've come when I get discouraged and that kind of thing.
Start weight- 78.8kg/173lb 7oz
First goal weight 69kg/154lb
Current weight- 76kg/167lb
4/2/13- Its been about 2 weeks since I started, however last week I was so busy going in and out of town everyday, Paleo wasn't exactly how I'd describe my eating. So I put a bit of weight back on but I'm still less than I was and today was a new day!
Breakfast- I was lazy today, so I just made a banana and a green smoothie which is made up of spinach, blueberrys, banana, flaxmeal, chia seeds, goji berrys and apple cider vinegar.
Lunch- chicken and salad (spinach leaves, green onion, green peppers, cucumber, avocado).
