Yesterday was a slacker day for me. I was just too darn tired to sleep. This morning I did a cardio leg workout and tonight I'm going to do some abs.
Jacob slept all night in his bed last night from 9:00 until 5:00 this morning. Of course at 5:00 he was ready to rock and roll. I could not get him to go to bed last night though so I let him cry for a few minutes. Lasted about 5 minutes but I swear that was the longest 5 minutes of my life. Do you ever just have to let Kira do that? I always want to go in there and get him and comfort him but DH always makes me wait atleast 5 minutes and usually after 5 minutes he is asleep.
Thank you *Kiliki* for my beautiful siggy
Ha, yeah, I do that all the time. I usually wait about 10 minutes; last night was 15 minutes. I can usually last longer than hubby does. I can tell she's not hurting or upset, though, she's just crying because she's tired.
I've found that if I let her cry for 10-15 minutes and then go soothe her, she's worn herself out and once she falls back to sleep she stays asleep most of the night (obviously with the caveat that I don't let her cry if there's an actual issue like a diaper or teething pain).
