So today is my first day back to work. I work in a manufacturing plant, and there aren't any private spots for me to pump. So I picked an empty office in a little used section of the plant. Not completely private, but a small risk of someone walking in. I got a late start pumping in general, and only had about two days worth of milk stored at home. Every time I've pumped at home it has been a struggle to pump enough in one session. I have to stop and start a few times, because the milk stops flowing after a minute or two. And the most I've ever gotten is a combined 2.5 ounces. That's actually how much I pumped this morning at 7:00, because Nathan would not wake up to nurse. I pumped at 10:30 here at work and got 4.5 ounces! The milk just flowed out! I just find it so weird that I could get so much while in this environment, instead of the more relaxing home environment.
