She hasn't been feeling well these past few days, and she' been throwing up a lot today. She seems happy still, but I don't know what all the vomiting is doing to her. She'll smile and coo, then the next minute projectile. Will feeding her keep her hydrated?

I'd call your pedi. She's so young to just wait it out.

She went yesterday and they said she probably has a virus and needs to sleep it off I don't want to give her pedialyte. I'm trying to restrict what goes into her body at such a young age. She's only had Tylenol gripe water breastmilk and formula. That's it. She's still breastfed.

If she is still having wet diapers then the BM/Formula is staying in her system long enough to keep her hydrated. If wet diapers start becoming few and far between then its time to start to worry about her hydration.

Hope it runs its course quickly and she is feeling better!

BM is digested quickly. Nurse as frequently as possible & keep an eye on her diaper count. Even if she up chucks frequently, she should get enough BM absorbed to stay hydrated.

Well she isn't lacking in the wet diaper area for sure! Thank you ladies. She seems to be feeling better today.
