What are your goals for this week? To work out everyday, no matter what
What is one thing you did well this week? I've paid more attention to what I've been eating and making better choices
What is one thing you need to work on? Drinking more water
What are your long term goals, and how are you doing with them? Long-term, to get in shape and lose about 10lbs. I think I'm doing well, I'm not seeing a difference weight wise, but I've only been doing this for two weeks.
What are your goals for this week? To use the treadmill at least 2 days, since I dont feel good. 1 down
What is one thing you did well this week? I've been good about what I'm eating and staying away from sweets

What are your long term goals, and how are you doing with them? To tone up the tummy and lose 10lbs or so. I'm trying to get in a routine and exercise regularly. Gonna try some Zumba DVD's my coworker is giving me
