What are your goals for this week? To work out everyday, no matter what

What is one thing you did well this week? I've paid more attention to what I've been eating and making better choices

What is one thing you need to work on? Drinking more water

What are your long term goals, and how are you doing with them? Long-term, to get in shape and lose about 10lbs. I think I'm doing well, I'm not seeing a difference weight wise, but I've only been doing this for two weeks.

What are your goals for this week? Loose 2-3 lbs

What is one thing you did well this week? Working out every other day

What is one thing you need to work on? Resisting temptation, but I bought some sugar free chocolates so that should help

What are your long term goals, and how are you doing with them? I want to loose 75-100 lbs... So far since last Monday (when i started working out) i have lost 3lbs

What are your goals for this week? To use the treadmill at least 2 days, since I dont feel good. 1 down

What is one thing you did well this week? I've been good about what I'm eating and staying away from sweets

What is one thing you need to work on? Making time to workout

What are your long term goals, and how are you doing with them? To tone up the tummy and lose 10lbs or so. I'm trying to get in a routine and exercise regularly. Gonna try some Zumba DVD's my coworker is giving me

What are your goals for this week? Workout at least 5 days

What is one thing you did well this week? I started running a little bit

What is one thing you need to work on? I need some serious self control when it comes to eating. I just snack all day. It's bad.

What are your long term goals, and how are you doing with them? I'd like to lose 10-15 more lbs. I'm also starting to train for a half marathon that I'll do in June.

What are your goals for this week? To maintain or to lose another pound

What is one thing you did well this week? I did well with eating sensible, fiberful lunches.

What is one thing you need to work on? Two. Drinking more water and avoiding sweets.

What are your long term goals, and how are you doing with them? To lose 5 more pounds in the next month or two.
