Any ideas for healthy "snacks/mini-meals" for a nursing mom? I am basically hungry 24x7. I find if I don't keep myself moderately "full", then I eat anything and everything I can get my hands on. Anyone have any suggestions for healthy "satisfying" snacks? I already do cottage cheese and peaches as a snack at work, but there is only so much of that you can eat. I need to branch out. Suggestions?
