Hi girls! I am trying to get back into shape and started the couch to 5K program. My problem is everytime I run, my boobs are killing me. They are still just too big and sore to run comfortably. I have a very tight sports bra on and I still have to run with an arm across my chest. Any suggestions? I suppose pumping before I run may help, but the logistics of that is a nightmare. I am lucky to carve out the 30 minutes on the treamill.
Help! Any ideas?
I would definitely try pumping first. But also maybe try wearing more than one bra. I have a very large chested friend who does this on a daily basis. I would put the sports bra on over a regular bra, and that should give you more support. I'm probably going to do the same when I make it back to the gym.
I began running shortly after having both of my boys, and I was bfing too, so they were huge! I would run after they just nursed, or I would pump before going. I also wore 2 sports bras. The one closest to me had molded cups, then the top one was tight compression. I always had to wear 2 and that helped A LOT.
I know it's a hassle to have to nurse or pump before going, but it really does help.
