That's interesting. My older dd has a nut allergy, particularly pecans and walnuts. I am trying to delay solids till 6 months due to that.

I saw this article this morning also. I didn't know we were supposed to wait until three for some of that stuff. Once Riley turned two I let him have everything. We have no history of any food allergies in either families.

Thank you for posting this. DH came home with baby cereal and said we need to start now. I was unsure about it, but with this article, I think it would be okay to start within the next month.
