That time change kicked my butt! I had to come into the office today because my dad is getting a knee replacement on Wednesday so the whole schedule this week is mixed up. It seriously took all the will power in the world to pull my sorry butt out of bed. I felt bad for the kids too because neither one of them wanted to be dragged out of their beds this morning.
Fussy baby all weekend (teething I think) so I didn't get everything done I needed to and hubby was pissy because he was productive but I wasn't. Now hubby is getting sick. No car today since hubby needed it and I can't drive his work truck (too big) so my MiL dropped me off at work and will be picking me up. I HATE not having a second vehicle but we can't buy another one until we refi our house and we can't refi till we finish cleaning the place up but I can't clean since I'm ALWAYS the one on baby duty. When I did finally get to work I found out that the place is falling apart. On top of all this my milk supply has taken another nose dive and so I'm drinking a ton of water and I have to pee all the time.
I HURT!!! I hurt so bad. My entire body hurts. From the top of my feet to my neck! Getting up to feed Tori in the middle of the night was almost excrucitating. I had to fight back the tears. DH offered to get up but I wouldn't let him because he had to get up at 5am and the time change on top of that. He needed to sleep.
The reason I am sore is because I did the Spartan Sprint on Saturday. It was a little over 4 miles with muddy obstacles all along the course. I knew I would hurt but I never imagined I would hurt this bad. It was so bad that I kept my son home from preschool because there was no way I could lift Tori in her car seat. My legs could not handle the extra weight nor could my arms.
I forgot to set the alarm last night. Ellie got up at 6 for a bottle, and went right back to sleep, so I thought I'd "rest" until the alarm went off at 7. It didn't, and I didn't roll out of bed until 8:45 (I should've been to work at 9!) By the time I got the 2 of us ready (including dealing with a projectile spit up right after getting her dressed), I managed to get to work at 10:30... Yikes!!!
